The Servant Warrior Leader Rites of Passage Process provides Character Development and Abstinence Education that pro-actively address the challenges that youth encounter through character centered principles. The process provides opportunities for community service, develops life skills for youth, enhances and develops strategies to address violence, increases parenting skills, accountability and involvement, provides mentoring and adult modeling, monitors truancy, improves linkages with schools and increases youth-involvement in decision making.
